About Me

I am a spiritual director and chaplain currently living in the San Francisco Bay Area. I grew up in Bangor, Maine, and moved to the Bay in 2010 to study at Pacific School of Religion. After graduating with my Master of Divinity degree in 2013 I spent a year as a chaplain resident at UCSF Medical Center in San Francisco. For the past four years I have been serving full-time as a hospice chaplain.

I completed my certificate in Interfaith Spiritual Direction with The Chaplaincy Institute in Berkeley, California. I am an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, a Dharma Teacher in the Kwan Um School of Zen, and a Board Certified Chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains.
